About The Position
Servers at Buckinghams Steakhouse deliver an elevated dining experience rooted in exceptional hospitality, detailed menu knowledge, and polished service. This role is responsible for guiding guests through a classic steakhouse experience while upholding the standards and traditions that define Buckinghams.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, upscale atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make informed recommendations on steaks, sides, wine, and cocktails.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Monitor tables throughout the meal to anticipate guest needs.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and with proper presentation standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
