About The Position
Servers at Buckinghams Steakhouse deliver an elevated dining experience rooted in exceptional hospitality, detailed menu knowledge, and polished service. This role is responsible for guiding guests through a classic steakhouse experience while upholding the standards and traditions that define Buckinghams. Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, upscale atmosphere. Present menus, answer questions, and make informed recommendations on steaks, sides, wine, and cocktails. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Monitor tables throughout the meal to anticipate guest needs. Deliver food and beverages promptly and with proper presentation standards. Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
