This role requires strong knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials, along with excellent communication and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will anticipate guest needs, take orders accurately, execute service steps with precision, and address any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
