About The Position

Looking to staff Spring - Fall of 2025. We're hiring full & part-time workers.

St Cloud Country Cloud will close for the season mid to late October 2026, so this would be a short-term position, though we love to have people return each season!

We are looking for individuals who are outgoing and have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with others. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.

Requirements

• Must have an active food handler's card prior to the first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure customers are enjoying their experience and take corrective action when necessary.
• Proper cash handling.
• Adhere to all food service sanitation and health code guidelines.
• Adhere to proper hygiene practices, including arriving in a clean uniform for every shift.
• Consistently act in a professional manner and treat others with respect at all times.
• Must have an active food handler's card prior to the first day of work.
