About The Position

We are currently looking to add a qualified Service Administrator to join our team. The Service Administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing service contract claims. This includes preparing, recording, reconciling service contract claims and submitting them to the appropriate party. This position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Service Associates, Parts Associates, Parts and Service Managers, Cashiers, Sales Associates, just to name a few.

Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Process all claims by next business day following RO close date
Handel and resolve all claim corrections and charge-backs
Ensure every service contract claim is paid in a timely manner
Establish and maintain relationships with the service contract representatives
Review every service contract repair order written for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the policies and procedures
Analyze problems, identify trends and develop strategies for maximizing claim process
Check each repair order against the vehicles service history to avoid duplicate claims
Provide a weekly report to the service manager regarding claim status
Report any fraudulent manipulation of service contract claims
Provide parts manager with updated parts listing on a weekly basis
Conduct weekly audits of service contracts and schedules, reviewing all old claims, and address any adjustments or write-offs
Assist service consultants in closing all open service contract claim RO's
Assist service consultants and technicians with any service contract questions and coverage availability
Attend service contract training courses as needed
