About The Position

Now Hiring: Powersports Service Advisor We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Powersports Service Advisor to join our service team! If you enjoy working with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, or snowmobiles and love helping customers keep their machines running at their best, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do As a Powersports Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between our customers and service department. You’ll help guide customers through the service process, from check-in to pickup, while working closely with technicians and the parts team to ensure quality repairs and a great customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their service needs
• Write and manage repair orders from drop-off through delivery
• Communicate with technicians to gather repair recommendations
• Explain repairs, costs, and warranty details clearly and professionally
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
• Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Help achieve department sales goals and high customer service scores
• Other duties as assigned by management
