About The Position

Kenwood Dealer Group Recon Center has a rare opening for a Service Advisor. This position is responsible for selling repairs and related services. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to the used car process. Our Reconditioning Center is very busy and therefore requires an individual who is detail-oriented and functions well in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Current / recent experience as a Service Advisor at any level OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, vehicle repair, or sales
• Proven ability to multi-task per past employment
• Good computer skill set; able to work in CDK system daily with training
• High school graduate; college a plus
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check
• Must be 18 or older

Nice To Haves

• Rapid Recon software experience
