Service Appointment Representative Join Our Team Great Pay + Bonus Opportunities Location: Kenwood Dealer Group, 4780 Socialville Foster Road, Mason, OH 45040 A Great Opportunity to Grow Your Career Kenwood Dealer Group is seeking a full-time Service Appointment Representative to help our customers with service scheduling, coordinate special order parts deliveries, make follow-up calls, and assist our Service Advisors. If youre a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you! Your Work Schedule Monday - Thursday: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM Saturday : 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a call center role (appointment setting experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers (CDK training will be provided)
• Reliable and able to work scheduled hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Must be 18 or older.
