As an Auto Collision Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the repair process with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. You’ll: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their experience is seamless from estimate to delivery. Coordinate repair planning, documentation, and authorizations with accuracy and compliance. Provide proactive updates and clear communication throughout the repair cycle. Partner with teammates to deliver vehicles back to customers with pride and confidence in the work performed. This role is more than managing repairs—it’s about ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and cared for during a stressful time.
