Requirements

  • The Ultimate Multitasker: Highly organized and able to pivot between phone calls and logistical coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Pro: Outgoing and customer-focused with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.); experience with dealership CRM or DMS software is a major plus.
  • Reliable Team Player: Proactive, dependable, and ready to support both the sales and service teams.
  • Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.); experience with dealership CRM or DMS software is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Logistics: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming service calls, scheduling appointments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • PDI Coordination: Act as the primary advisor for Pre-Delivery Inspections, coordinating with the sales department and technicians to ensure new inventory is frontline-ready.
  • Service Outreach: Perform outbound follow-ups to confirm appointments and update customers on their vehicle status.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain organized service records and assist the management team with daily workflow reporting.
  • Brand Ambassador: Handle customer inquiries regarding dealership services, recall information, and basic maintenance needs.
