Requirements

  • Strong communication skills — you’re confident, friendly, and professional
  • A natural ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working on a computer and managing multiple systems
  • A team player mindset with a willingness to jump in and help

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, call center, or phone experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our service customers, creating a positive and professional first impression
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist customers with questions about services, parts, and recalls
  • Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
  • Support service advisors by helping manage communication and workflow
  • Reach out to customers based on service campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Handle inbound inquiries from our website and phone lines
  • Track and log all customer interactions in our system
  • Reschedule missed appointments and maintain consistent follow-up
