Job Title: Service Delivery Project Manager I Reports to: Director of Service Delivery Status: Full-Time/Exempt Location: Orlando, FL – Hybrid: requires both remote and in-office participation Position Summary: The Service Delivery Project Manager I coordinates the installation, activation, and billing of residential fiber-to-the-home builds, commercial service orders, UCaaS phone systems, and Type II circuit orders. This role manages project timelines, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, and communicates with customers to ensure the successful delivery of Summit Broadband services. The position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with a positive customer experience.
