About The Position

The Service Desk Analyst I is responsible for the delivery of excellent customer support and timely resolution of service issues raised by end users across Sheppard Pratt. Service issues include, but are not limited to, incidents related to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems, laptop/desktop hardware issues, Virtual Private Network (VPN) access, and remote / virtual desktop.

Requirements

  • Associate degree with a concentration in IT or 1 year of IT experience

Responsibilities

  • User account provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Installation of workstations and applications, including anti-virus and anti-malware
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service based on department needs
  • Determine and recommend products based on company needs and IT protocol
