About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical End-Of-Life Vehicle Dismantling Analyst to support our Circular Economy initiatives within Company North America (Mopar). Reporting to the Recycling Manager - Circular Economy, this role will focus on evaluating auctioned vehicles for parts harvesting, optimizing resale margins, and collaborating with salvage yards and dismantlers. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in vehicle auctions, salvage yard operations, and used parts market valuation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the salvage yard, vehicle dismantling, or used parts sales industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle auction processes and salvage yard operations.
• Expertise in used parts market valuation and resale margin optimization.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
