About The Position

Ron Hoover Companies, with locations across the state of Texas, is looking for a qualified Parts & Service Associate to add to its Service Team in Willis, Texas. You will initiate services and repairs by working with the customer to identify performance problems and services needed. Additionally, you will verify warranty and service contract coverage, develop estimates, write service orders, and maintain exceptional customer service and records. Other responsibilities will include providing inspection services for all in-coming parts, issuing parts to service technicians, selling parts to customers, and maintaining parts inventory. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of working face-to-face with customers, assisting them in getting their problems solved, making them feel good about the service they've received, and keeping accurate records of the work that was done.
