The Service Programs Coordinator will provide daily oversite, administration, and monitoring of the services function which includes the system-wide fuel card and GPS tracking programs, regulated and controlled medical waste, and other third party services. This position will also coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance (PMs) and service for all leased and owned vehicles as well as manage all required vehicle DMV registrations and renewals. Monitor fuel card and GPS tracking programs on a daily basis. Monitor utilization and service levels of regulated and controlled waste. Act as point of contact with vendors. Identify and communicate issues and work with vendor to determine appropriate solutions. Oversee the CDL driver drug and alcohol screening program. Refer any issues to respective management to address through disciplinary process. Coordinate preventative maintenance for leased and owned vehicles. Monitor driving patterns and behaviors to identify efficiencies. Develop reporting and recommendations based on vehicle data. Monitor weekly vehicle inspection logs and manage DMV registration for owned vehicles. Oversee lease conversion of the fleet. Ensure proper operation of all GPS devices through system alert management. Work with vendors and agencies to maintain accurate information and data including adding/removing/editing fuel card and GPS tracking users as needed and adding/modifying service levels of regulated and controlled waste at all facilities via on-site secure bins located in all patient delivery areas and pharmacies. Generate routine and ad hoc reporting to share with various stakeholders. Verify all invoices to service levels inclusive of monthly modifications. Work with Finance to ensure timely redistributions of invoice charges to appropriate cost centers to ensure timely payments.
