At AXA Health, we’re looking for a Service Support Advisor to be key in supporting the strategy for growth and development of our existing intermediaries. You’ll enhance our SME clients, intermediaries and internal customers’ experience of the services we offer, in connection with producing quotations for both intermediary and direct customers, and by undertaking the onboarding of new group schemes At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. After your initial office-based training period, you'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home in our Leicester office, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
