Requirements

Must have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
Must have HVAC installation experience.
Must have HVAC troubleshooting experience.
Must have multi-family/Apartment maintenance experience.
Have a valid driver's license and able to provide valid documentation per E-Verify
Passing a criminal background check and drug screen required.
Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Spanish language skills are a plus.
Show initiative and professional customer service skill.

Responsibilities

Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.
