About The Position

Position Overview: Administers and provides financial management for Service Extension Fund. Description of Position: Responsibilities include: Development of United Way budgets, develop and maintain the Revolving Fund (Imprest System), assist in development and monitoring of department budget, EFSP/CFC/SECA reporting, processing Power of Attorney documents, statistical/service records, independent invoice processing and receipting of income. The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the candidate will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to form and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft
  • Possess strong time management, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services Law requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearance and background checks: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and PA DHS Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check. In addition, completion of a Pennsylvania approved Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training is necessary prior to employment.
  • Must understand and support for the Mission of The Salvation Army.
