The work As a Developer specializing in the ServiceNow platform, you will be responsible for creating solutions within the ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) framework. Your main task will be to design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows to meet the needs of the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that directly impact the customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Platform experience
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and similar web technologies.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and HRSD
