Credence has an immediate need for a ServiceNow developer to support the large-scale modernization effort for a mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) system with massive national impact. This position supports technical solution and development / implementation of solutions that leverage the OOTB ServiceNow modules and Custom App to migrate legacy applications to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform. Successful candidates also have experience working with Next Experience, Workspaces and Service Portal UI. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Predictive Intelligence, Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
