The work As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM). Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, confirm technical feasibility, and provide solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in technical validation to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the established architecture and standards.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Solution Architecture and experience designing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with ServiceNow Product Customer Service Management (CSM) as well as a solid understanding of Requirements Confirmation processes
  • Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial to ensure successful project delivery
  • Expertise in Solution Architecture and technical validation will be key in driving the organization's digital transformation initiatives forward
  • US Citizenship

  • Experience designing and implementing solutions using the ServiceNow platform will have a competitive advantage
