The K Company is looking for experienced, high-energy Sheet Metal Foremen to join our growing Columbus team. We are an airside mechanical contractor delivering quality HVAC solutions for over 50 years in Northeast Ohio. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crews to achieve production goals while keeping safety #1
• Manage duct releases using cutting-edge 3D coordination technology on computers or iPads
• Participate in coordination huddles with BIM teammates to ensure smooth logistics
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen into future leaders
• Communicate schedule, manpower, and project updates to Project Managers
• Track installations, as-builts, and daily reports
• Monitor subcontractor progress and maintain organized, safe workspaces
