What you'll do You're the "big cheese" on shift! Serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery, and supervise the shift. Ensure high food and service standards, thorough shift checklist completion, tip payouts, and well-assigned staffing. Support new staff training. Implement any new programs, policies, or products. Restock supplies and keep the restaurant clean. Work with a supportive, fun team (laughter required!). Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader position in food/beverage.
Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House at Story Hill).
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
English language proficiency is needed.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Closing shifts (4/5pm-1:30am or 3:30am, depending on day) needed!
Late-night shift (5pm/10pm-4am) once per week required.
