About The Position

Printpack, a leading manufacturer in flexible packaging is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Shipper/Receiver opening at their Douglas Hill facility in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Previous forklift experience
General knowledge of the day-to-day operations of shipping/receiving in a warehouse
Last performance review was rated "Performer" or higher.
No disciplinary actions beyond a verbal within the past 120 days.
Must have been in current position for at least 120 days.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Word, Excel, Crystal Reports, OMS and Prism.

Responsibilities

Bills of Lading & Master Bills
Working with drivers on load numbers, time, dock location
Handle export papers, shipper’s export declaration, commercial invoices, advanced shipping notifications, all customer’s special requests
Coordinate all premium freight
Provide back-up coverage, as needed, and other duties as assigned
Forklift operation
Provide, but not be limited to, coordinating and planning the shipments of finished products as well as receiving raw materials
Interface with customers and vendors
Accurately ship finished goods
Unload and store raw materials
Load and unload trucks
