The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator ensures the proper shipping of products and receiving of goods.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least two years in shipping and receiving.
• Must be computer literate and have typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Proper packaging of various shipments.
• Keep shipping area neat and orderly.
• Turn in paperwork to accounting for shipping charges to be posted/added to customer invoices.
• Responsible to properly handle hazardous material shipments.
• Know procedures of UPS, Federal Express and Trucking Companies.
• Receiving of instrument repair items and office shipments.
• Pick up items between corporate and factory service when required. (corporate office)
• Assist with pulling kits when needed. (corporate office)
• Assist during physical inventories.
• Assist in stocking area with necessary supplies.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
