About The Position

We are currently seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This friendly, detail-oriented staff member will play a crucial role in the operation of the warehouse. The Shipping and Warehouse Assistant will be required to assist with shipments, maintain up-to-date documentation, and support other departments, as necessary. This position will report directly to the US Shipping Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of successful prior experience in shipping department
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry abilities
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout shift
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Ability to recall information (e.g., policies, procedures, product information) or find it as needed
• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Team player attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist with US Domestic Shipments
• Complete product paperwork and documentation accurately and completely
• Maintain organized and efficient warehouse storage
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
• Aid the Receiving Department, as needed
• Support other departments, when necessary
• Assist in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
