About The Position

NC Custom, a division of Nassau Candy, is a dynamic and growing manufacturer providing the promotional industry with over 3,000 product lines, including confectionery, hard goods, health and beauty, premium apparel, and soft goods. With a strong reputation for quality and efficiency, we take pride in delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. We are currently seeking a Shipping Associate to join our busy production site in Ronkonkoma, NY. This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on, collaborative warehouse team supporting shipping operations. If you have experience with domestic and international shipping platforms, bills of lading, and warehouse equipment, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Hands-on experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and USPS (domestic and international)
Ability to create accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Forklift and pallet jack experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks throughout your shift
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluent in English (required)

Nice To Haves

Use Excel for shipment logs and basic inventory tracking (helpful, not required)

Responsibilities

Process domestic and international shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and USPS
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and efficiently
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
Palletize, wrap, and stage shipments for pickup
Support general warehouse functions and help maintain a smooth shipping workflow
Use Excel for shipment logs and basic inventory tracking (helpful, not required)
