Shipping Associate
About The Position
The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing materials by verifying materials and updating inventory system Pick and pull required products using a forklift according to job orders Accurately organize and prepare items for shipment via FedEx or freight. Print shipping labels and ensure proper documentation accompanies each shipment. Support the shipping process by weighing products and verifying quantities and quality. Act as a backup for the Receiving Clerk as needed. Follow all safety rules and procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.
Requirements
- Forklift operation a plus
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Attention to detail

- High school diploma
- Forklift experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with inventory software and shipping systems ( e.g. FedEx, UPS)
