RESPONSIBILITIES Material Coordination: Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accurate and timely movement within the warehouse. Receiving & Inventory: Verify, receive, and record incoming shipments; inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report as needed. Documentation & Systems: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools; ensure all transactions are logged correctly. Storage & Organization: Store materials in designated locations; organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and safety. Material Delivery: Coordinate and execute timely delivery of materials to production areas or shipping locations based on production schedules. Cycle Counts & Audits: Participate in routine inventory counts and support internal/external audits. Team Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues and maintain material flow. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow and promote all safety regulations and procedures.
