Requirements

Proven experience in high‑volume small‑parcel logistics or fulfillment environments.
Proficiency with multiple shipping software systems, carrier APIs, and integrated order‑management tools.
Strong understanding of USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carrier requirements, including international shipping and customs procedures.
Ability to interpret and troubleshoot technical issues related to shipping systems, integrations, and data flows.
Analytical mindset with experience using shipping metrics to drive cost‑saving decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT, operations, and customer service teams.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP or WMS platforms.
Familiarity with automation tools, batch processing, and high‑volume label generation.
Knowledge of HS codes, duties/taxes, and international compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily small‑parcel shipping operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
Utilize and manage multiple shipping software platforms and APIs to generate labels, process orders, and streamline workflows.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs declarations, and clearance processes.
Troubleshoot label creation issues, address verification errors, and system inconsistencies by collaborating closely with IT and technical support teams.
Analyze shipping data to identify trends, reduce costs, and recommend the most economical carrier and service levels for various shipment profiles.
Maintain strong working relationships with carriers, postal services, and third‑party logistics partners.
Ensure adherence to postal regulations, international shipping standards, and compliance requirements.
Continuously evaluate and improve shipping processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
