JOB SUMMARY The Team Leader is responsible for handling daily operations in the specific department of the window warehouse/manufacturing. This role will be assisting the Supervisor/Manager in tasks such as training, coaching, mentoring, and developing new and existing employees, assisting with the day-to-day operation, performing daily inventory accuracy, and adhering to the company and department policies and procedures. Direct the flow of materials for optimal productivity while maintaining levels of quality, accuracy of inventory, and safety of employees. Essential Functions: Comply with Westlake Safety Policies. Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility. Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture. Provide leadership and direction to the windows team. Perform rotating duties as assigned on a daily basis. Ensure that all employees follow policies and procedures for inventory handling. Direct employees as necessary. Oversee daily operations. Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure facility meets department goals.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Computer and software experience.
Previous experience in warehousing.
Must have great organization, communications, and time management skills.
Be exposed to temperature extremes inside or out.
Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable.
Prolong standing for up to 12 hours performing shift work or in a stationary position.
Complete repetitive movements.
Bend or twist.
Wear all required personal protective equipment.
Work in constant noise above 85 decibels.
Handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls.
Lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Remove or replace items up to 50 pounds.
Ascend or descend stairs.
