About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all administrative duties needed in the Repair Shop. This is a vital position in the vendor, Delivery, and warehouse chargeback process and completion rate for the shop.

Requirements

• GED or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Storis experience is a plus, but willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Create and close all shop Service orders.
• Charges back all parties responsible for damage
• Creates and tags all merchandise for new, outlets or POO.
• Enter all completion rates and piece-per-hour numbers.
• Email responsibilities
• Other duties/projects as assigned
