About The Position

The Shop Attendant is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient maintenance shop at Icy Strait Point. This role supports Facilities & Maintenance operations by managing tools and supplies, tracking inventory, assisting with ordering, and ensuring team members have timely access to the equipment they need. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical to success in this position.

Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in tracking tools and inventory.
Basic computer skills and ability tomaintainlogs or spreadsheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previousexperience in a shop, warehouse, maintenance, or inventory role preferred.
Valid driver’s licensepreferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized maintenance shop.
Check tools and equipment in and out to staff andmaintainaccuratetracking logs.
Conduct regular inventories of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor stock levels andassistwith placing orders for tools, parts, and consumables.
Receive, label, and store deliveries in designated locations.
Identifymissing, damaged, or worn tools and report needs for repair or replacement.
Maintain inventory records andassistwith basic reporting as needed.
Support Facilities & Maintenance staff with locating tools, materials, and supplies.
Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Other duties as assigned to support operations.
