About The Position

Final Inspection Lead Responsibilities Communicate effectively with management and all shop leads to coordinate workflow and job readiness Ensure all jobs are properly prepped in accordance with NOV AL processes and standards Verify all miscellaneous equipment (e.g., BOH, BOI, etc.) is properly pulled and/or installed per job requirements Confirm that pulled equipment matches the customer quote and job scope Ensure all required inspections and testing are completed prior to job release Facilitate training and reinforce service quality expectations for rotating shop personnel Promote continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards Ensure routine maintenance is performed on all shop equipment Capture and document photos of all equipment for customer records and data tracking Shop & Warehouse Operations Test and inspect ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) equipment to ensure quality and operational readiness Perform incoming inspections and norming of inbound equipment Receive, document, and process inbound equipment and parts Maintain accurate inventory records, including cycle counts and stock level monitoring Pull and stage equipment for orders and operational needs Load and unload equipment using appropriate material handling equipment Operate forklift safely and efficiently Move and organize equipment to designated storage locations Maintain compliance with the NOV AL 6S program and shop organization standards Ensure the shop remains clean, safe, and well-organized Complete required documentation accurately and timely Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift operating experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities
  • High level of work ethic, dependability, and accountability
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to cross-train and support multiple operational functions
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Previous industry experience preferred
  • Prior inspection or quality control experience preferred
