Responsibilities

  • Create 2027 customer specific marketing programs for large national retailers.
  • Work with Omnichannel/Shopper agency and cross-functional Utz team to strategize, develop and plan shopper marketing programs.
  • Gather insights on shopper behavior, retailer trends and category performance.
  • Develop shopper marketing program briefs.
  • Assist in brainstorming campaigns, promotional concepts and shopper focused messaging.
  • Help adapt national brand campaigns and tentpole event concepts into retailer specific programs.
  • Partner with Marketing Communications team to develop comprehensive digital plans.
  • Manage projects, maintain timelines and organize activities.
  • Develop full program plans and sell-in presentations.
