About The Position

This SIOP Analyst supports the SIOP process by analyzing demand, supply, and inventory data while ensuring plan adherence and identifying risks such as OTIF issues or capacity constraints. It consolidates information across multiple sites, maintains standardized reporting and KPIs, and collaborates with functions like Master Scheduling to drive stability and informed trade‑off decisions. Additionally, it provides executive‑level insights and supports continuous improvement by identifying trends, root causes, and systemic gaps.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field required.
3 to 6 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, supply chain analytics, or operations support.
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.
Strong collaboration skills and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting SIOP, IBP, or similar planning processes preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare demand, supply, and inventory analyses for SIOP cycles.
Monitor adherence to SIOP plans and highlight major deviations.
Provide early warnings for OTIF risks and production feasibility issues.
Consolidate and validate data across plants and distribution centers.
Develop and maintain standardized SIOP reports and dashboards.
Support cross-functional trade‑off analysis for products and customer priorities.
Partner with schedulers to track schedule stability and replan drivers.
Identify trends and prepare executive insights for SIOP reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
