The Site Admin plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the manufacturing site. This position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and human resources support to site leadership, employees, and cross‑functional partners. The Site Admin serves as a central point of coordination for employee services, documentation management, and administrative processes to support operations and Human Resources. Working closely with the Site Leadership Team (SLT) and Human Resources, the Site Admin supports key activities including new‑hire onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement events, compliance documentation, and general administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and operational information.
