A Site Coordinator is responsible for the overall logistics of the after school program at a site. Site Coordinators serve as the liaison of the program’s needs and information to parents, community members, school administration, and staff. Site Coordinators inspire and coordinate daily program schedules while ensuring a safe, fun, and positive environment for participants and staff. They oversee the daily program’s operations and ensure that all staff are equipped and ready to run a successful after school program. They supervise assistant site coordinators, community liaisons, and club leaders who will supervise 10-20 program participants daily. They also manage staff schedules and daily enrichment offerings. The Site Coordinator position is an on-site position, including attending training at the Woodcraft Rangers main office in Little Tokyo and school sites.
