Gateway Casino is seeking a customer-service pro who loves working in the fast-paced and exciting world of the casino. This role is ideal for those who love interacting with the public and providing next-level support to our many guests who enjoy playing the slot machines, along with working a variety of positions and shifts. In this role, you provide vital front-line customer support that includes observing slot players and machines in specific areas, working the cash desk(s) as well as a role in Bingo. You will also offer instruction and answer questions on various games and machines to ensure our guests have a memorable experience at Gateway.
