About The Position

Under general supervision, responsible for contributing to the entertaining atmosphere by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly manner, while providing guests with change and slot services. Responsibilities (The following statements are intender as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all inclusive for specific positions). 1. Create an enjoyable environment for our casino guests, while assisting in observing slot play and ensuring the integrity of casino operations and adhere to all company policies, internal controls and Missouri Gaming Commission. 2. Respond to the needs of guests, and accurately handle guests’ monetary transactions; has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests. 3. Pay and verify jackpots and other handpays on slot machines according to established procedures. 4. Proactively promote the Caesars Reward program; understand current card benefits and information and presents program to guests. 5. Accurately maintains and control money flow during shift with guests. 6. Assists in training new personnel as needed. 7. Patrols work areas to assist and ensure cleanliness standards are achieved, and guest requests are addressed and resolved. 8. Repair minor machine malfunctions and ensure games in work area are operational. Report games needing detailed repairs to Slot Technicians. 9. Replenish games with TITO paper as needed. 10. Assist with dispatching calls and logging paperwork when assigned by a supervisor. 11. Be aware of upcoming marketing events and promotions. Assist with the execution of marketing events involving slots. 12. Have a clear understanding of slot machines and how to read the pay table. 13. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license Demonstrated ability to accurately account for cash transactions Demonstrated ability to work successfully with the public Ability to be physically mobile, and stand/walk for 8 to 12-hour shifts. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Must be able to work in areas containing dust, secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibrations, crowds and air quality. Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Regular and punctual attendance is required. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 1 year experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
