General Summary of Duties: Authorizes jackpots; corrects minor electronic gaming device malfunctions; performs and responds to patrons needs. Typical Physical/Mental Demands: Requires mobility, prolonged walking and standing one hundred (100) percent of the scheduled shift; requires lifting up to sixty-five (65) pounds repeatedly during shift; requires bending and reaching over inside of slot machine; requires reaching, kneeling and bending; requires pulling coin hoppers from machines weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity; requires normal vision and hearing range; requires the use of a radio and pager; requires the use of basic math skills; requires the ability to distinguish letters; numbers and symbols; communicate directly and telephonically with patrons, management and staff in English; understands and complies with polices and procedures, job description, chemical labels and other instructions. Typical Working Conditions: Work is performed on the casino floor; constant heavy patron contact required; and ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality, including tobacco smoke.
