The SM-3 Finance Team within the Naval Power Finance organization is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the SM-3 IB Finance team. This position will have oversight over both Development and Obsolescence within SM-3 IB. In this unique role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage competing priorities, develop a team of analysts, and interact with various levels of management and customer counterparts. Responsibilities include contribution and oversight of estimates at completion (EAC), risk and opportunity analysis, and external CDRL requirements. This position is currently designated as onsite from one of the following Raytheon locations: Tucson, AZ, McKinney TX, Andover, MA, Portsmouth, RI, Marlborough, DC, Aurora, CO, Dulles, VA, Forest, MS, Huntsville, AL, Tewksbury, MA, Indianapolis, IN, or Warner Robbins, GA. Relocation benefits not offered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Hands-On experience with SAP Business Systems, APEX, and BW Toolset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience developing Estimate at completes.
  • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and customer.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with high levels of management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of analysts.
  • Serve as the financial point of contact for Program Management, providing financial guidance to IPT key team members and non-finance organizations, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Develop, support, and review Estimates at Completion (EAC).
  • Develop and validate the delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
  • Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs), project schedulers, and other functional leads to ensure data integrity and accurate cost/schedule integration.
  • Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits.
