Spring Footwear is a B2B footwear company with a 30+ year legacy of creating comfort‑driven, European‑inspired brands, including Azura, Flexus, L’Artiste, Patrizia, Spring Step, Spring Step Men, and Spring Step Professional. Our consumer‑facing, direct‑to‑consumer business operates as Spring Step Shoes, and this role is dedicated to growing that channel through compelling content, social engagement, and brand storytelling. We’re searching for a hands‑on Social Media & Communications Coordinator to own and elevate the Spring Step Shoes brand across social, content, and community. This is a highly executional role for someone who can think creatively, move quickly, and understands how content, creators, and commerce work together to drive both brand affinity and revenue. This position is fully onsite and works closely with Creative leadership, Ecommerce, and Marketing to execute a cohesive, brand‑led vision across the channel.
