About The Position

This role exists to make 10X Health impossible to ignore online. You will be the eyes and ears of the brand across every social platform, finding content worth amplifying, owning the inbox, driving the conversation in comment sections, helping build the content calendar, and showing up at events to capture real-time assets. This is a high-volume, high-visibility role for someone who is naturally plugged into health, wellness, and performance culture and who moves quickly without losing brand voice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media in a corporate or high-growth brand environment
  • Fluency across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit - you use these daily, not just professionally
  • Ability to manage high message and comment volume and respond within defined SLA windows
  • Strong written communication with the ability to stay on-brand
  • Comfortable capturing stills and video content on iPhone in real time
  • Experience with a social media management platform (Hootsuite, Loomly, Sprout Social, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with social analytics and reporting
  • Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ and attend events as required
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk

  • Genuine interest or background in health, wellness, fitness, biohacking, or performance optimization
  • Experience in a DTC brand, supplement, or health services environment
  • Experience as a creator producing content online
  • Knowledge of influencer and affiliate-driven brand ecosystems
  • Familiarity with sales-driven DM communication techniques

Responsibilities

  • Social Listening & Reposting
  • Monitor Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit daily for mentions of 10X Health, our products, programs, and team
  • Identify high-value UGC, testimonials, transformations, and brand-adjacent conversations worth amplifying
  • Coordinate reposts and reshares across owned channels with proper attribution and brand alignment
  • Flag notable positive and negative content to the marketing team with context and a recommended action
  • Maintain a running log of top community content for weekly review
  • Work with sister company social teams to align on cross-posts and specialty content
  • Inbox Ownership
  • Monitor and manage all incoming DMs across 10X Health’s social accounts daily
  • Respond to common inquiries directly and in a timely manner, using approved messaging and FAQs
  • Route complex, clinical, or sales-ready messages to the appropriate team (support, sales, clinical) with full context
  • Follow up to confirm routing was received and resolved, nothing falls through the cracks
  • Maintain a clean inbox and track recurring DM themes to surface patterns to the team
  • Comment Section Ownership
  • Engage actively in comments on all 10X Health’s owned posts across every platform
  • Monitor and engage on third-party posts involving our products, services, affiliates, and influencer partners
  • Answer questions accurately, amplify positive sentiment, and de-escalate negative comments professionally
  • Know when to respond publicly, when to move to DM, when to escalate, and when to ignore — and act accordingly
  • Use sales-informed communication techniques to convert inquiries into leads from the comment section
  • Content Calendar & Content Development
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build and maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar
  • Contribute weekly trending content ideas across formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, quotes)
  • Repurpose existing content - blogs, videos, testimonials - into platform-native formats
  • Ensure all scheduled posts go out on time and in accordance with the calendar
  • Monitor social trends relevant to health optimization, precision wellness, and performance culture
  • Event Coverage
  • Attend 10X Health and Cardone Ventures events, clinic activations, and brand partnerships to capture real-time photo and video
  • Create and post same-day content from events using iPhone to maintain timely, authentic coverage
  • Upload, label, and organize all captured footage for the editing team to repurpose
  • Coordinate with the marketing lead on-site to ensure priority moments are captured
  • Studio Support
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly studio production shoots
  • Prepare scripts, talking points, and creative outlines in advance of each shoot
  • Support on-set execution, including talent coordination, shot tracking, and real-time content needs
