About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Recruiting Specialist to support our growing multi-state operations. This role combines core HR responsibilities, hands-on recruiting and, social media , including onboarding, offboarding, and employee support. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring Paramedics, EMTs, and other healthcare professionals , while also helping modernize and elevate our social media presence and employer brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting
  • Prior HR experience required (onboarding, offboarding, hiring)
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook advertising
  • Experience with geo-targeted campaigns
  • Ability to create compelling short-form content
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and requisitions simultaneously
  • Multi-state or high-volume hiring experience
  • Experience with paid social media advertising budgets
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Someone who can both recruit AND execute HR functions —not one or the other
  • A self-starter who can build and revamp our social media presence
  • Data-driven but also creative in content and messaging
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand hiring environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate new hire documentation, orientation, and setup
  • Support employee transitions and HR-related needs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and compliance
  • Serve as a backup resource for general HR operations
  • Create, launch, and manage targeted recruiting campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Develop engaging short-form content to attract EMTs, Paramedics, and healthcare professionals
  • Build and manage geo-targeted ads for priority hiring markets
  • Monitor campaign performance (clicks, leads, applications, cost-per-hire)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, messaging, and targeting
  • Maintain consistent employer branding across all channels
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate hiring processes for full-time and part-time roles
  • Manage job postings across job boards and platforms
  • Partner with leadership to meet urgent and ongoing hiring needs
