About The Position
Midtown Oaks Post Acute is hiring a Social Services Assistant to join our collaborative care team! We’re looking for someone compassionate, organized, and team-oriented who is passionate about supporting residents and their families. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country.
