We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technical contributor as part of our Software Team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system architects, and products leads to ensure that the solutions we deliver meet our customers’ requirements. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our products around the world. The position works in a SCIF environment with an optional 9/80 schedule accommodate work/life balance practices. The assignment length may vary based on business need but is anticipated to last one year.

Requirements

  • Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 year’s experience
  • Lead project management experience
  • Experience with complex systems
  • Experience developing software with agile methodology in a team-based environment
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Experience with radar software development and/or radar concepts
  • Experience of contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems
  • Experience with data structures and algorithms, memory management, and multithreaded applications.
  • Experience leading a culture of continuous learning, cross-team collaboration and training.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and organize the architecture and existing software documentation to facilitate onboarding, mentoring, and training for new engineers.
  • Capture program knowledge using well-structured software artifacts and documentation to support the software team's needs.
  • Perform weekly software status checks and provide status reports.
