About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer 3 with strong Salesforce development expertise to join a dynamic Agile (Scrum) team. This senior-level role requires 8+ years of experience and the ability to independently design, develop, and deliver complex Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong architectural understanding of the Force.com platform, full lifecycle development experience, and hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning, and integrations. Requirements

Extensive Salesforce development experience including: Apex programming Apex triggers Visualforce Aura Components Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience implementing declarative Salesforce configurations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and secure, high-performance solution design.
Full end-to-end Salesforce program experience: Lightning migrations Data migrations System integrations Third-party applications Custom development
Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-prem applications.
Proficiency in: HTML5 JavaScript jQuery REST & SOAP services JSON & XML
Experience with OAuth authentication protocols.
Strong understanding of SDLC, version control, and change management processes.

Nice To Haves

4+ years of DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, Flosum, Git).
Experience creating custom Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
2+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements.
Develop using: Apex classes and triggers Visualforce pages Aura Components Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Implement declarative (no-code/low-code) solutions including: Flows Process Builders Workflow Rules
Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver features aligned with the Definition of Done.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Support multi-environment deployments including peer reviews, testing, and documentation.
Lead or contribute to Classic-to-Lightning upgrades, data migrations, and system integrations.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Implement OAuth authentication protocols for third-party integrations.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, version control, and change management.
Provide on-call production support as needed.
