In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software engineering —to build and optimize voice-first experiences that feel natural, responsive, and context-aware. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams to shape solutions that deliver measurable value in user engagement, operational efficiency, and product innovation This is a high-impact role that will influence our platform, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in software engineering with Python
Proven track record in designing, deploying, and scaling in microservice environments
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems

Nice To Haves

Experience with conversational AI solutions, especially voice
Fullstack Experience (especially Typescript and React)
Having worked in healthcare tech, especially Smart on FHIR, CDS and other EHR integrations.
Experience working with data engineering, especially Databricks and Kafka.
Experience architecting solutions with Domain Driven Development (DDD).
Conversational Spanish language skills.
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to thrive in cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
